Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was developed by the Gracie
family from Judo. Adding to and modifying the techniques the Gracie family has created a
fighting system specializing in ground grappling. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can be thought of as
wrestling with the aim of submiting your opponent instead of pinning him. This system has
been proven effective both in "no holds barred" matches, such as the Ultimate
Fights, to some of the meanest streets of Brazil.
