Kali "Kamut Lihok" translates to hand or body motion. Term Used generally to refer to arts of the southern Philippines, now mostly used outside of the Philippines. Eskrima Translates to "Skirmish". The term Eskrima is native to the central Philippines. Arnis Translates to "Harness". The term Arnis is native to the northern Philippines. Silat & Kuntao Empty hand areas of the Philippine, Malaysian and Indonesian martial arts. Silat has hundreds of different systems, and has been influenced by various cultures (Chinese, Muslim, Hindu, Dutch, etc).
